The harness · what you're actually buying

The harness, opened up.

Your team already has AI. What it doesn't have is a senior marketer's judgment built into it. The harness is that judgment, written down: nine disciplines, the frameworks behind them, and the checks every piece of work has to pass. I build it around your team, and you keep it.

What it is

Five layers. One standard.

A harness is everything around the AI model: what it knows about your business, the rules it follows, the work it does, the checks it has to pass, and the rhythm that keeps it improving. Same AI as your competitors. Very different output.

  1. 01Context

Your ICP, positioning, voice, proof and competitors in one source of truth. Every workflow reads it.

  2. 02Rules

What good looks like: messaging guardrails, decision criteria, channel playbooks.

  3. 03Workflows

Content, AI-search visibility, lifecycle and ops, built in the tools you already pay for.

  4. 04Checks

Review rubrics and human sign-off before anything ships.

  5. 05Rhythm

Weekly metrics, a decisions log and a ranked backlog. The harness gets sharper every week.

How it runs

The system that delivers it.

Onboarding

Day one: your context, data access and interviews, so the harness knows your business by the end of week one.

The Fear Audit

Two to three weeks that run every discipline in diagnostic mode and rank what to fix first.

Checks

A 10-point review every customer-facing piece has to pass before it ships.

Weekly rhythm

Monday metrics, a ranked backlog and a Friday decisions log, so the harness gets sharper every week.

Where it lives

In your tools. Owned by your team.

Plain files, no lock-in

Everything is written in plain text your team can read and edit. It works with Claude, ChatGPT or whichever AI your team already uses.

Your context, in one place

Your ICP, positioning, voice, proof and metrics live in one source of truth that every workflow reads.

Yours when we finish

The context, the workflows, the playbooks and the checks stay with your team, documented, whether or not we keep working together.

Questions

Before you book.

What's a harness?
The setup around an AI model: what it knows about your business, the rules it follows, the workflows it runs and the checks it has to pass. The model is the same one your competitors use. The harness is what makes the output yours.
Is this just prompts?
No. Prompts are the smallest part. The harness is your business context, the standards for good work in each discipline, workflows built in your tools, a review every piece passes, and a weekly rhythm that improves all of it. The frameworks are public. The judgment about how to apply them to your business is what you are paying for.
Do we need every discipline?
No. The Fear Audit tells you which ones matter most right now. Most companies start with positioning, messaging and one or two channels, then add the rest as the backlog demands.
What happens when the engagement ends?
You keep everything: the harness, the workflows, the playbooks and the metrics. It's documented, it lives in your tools, and your team knows how to run it.
